Justin Sanchez Stands With Working People

  • On Community Safety

Justin believes every Bronx resident deserves to feel safe - at home, on their block, and on their way to school or work. He’s committed to reducing gun violence through prevention and intervention strategies, investing in mental health care, and supporting public safety with transparency and community input.

  • On Affordability and Housing

Justin is fighting to make the Bronx livable for working families. He supports stronger rent protections, deeper investments in public housing, and a pathway to permanently affordable homeownership. He’s focused on keeping longtime residents in their homes and making sure newcomers can build a future here too.

  • On Youth and Opportunity

As a product of NYC public schools and a youth leader himself, Justin knows that opportunity starts with investment. He’s championing after-school programs, youth employment initiatives, and school infrastructure improvements to ensure that every young person in District 17 can thrive.

  • On LGBTQ+ and Immigrant Rights

A proud LGBTQ+ advocate and the son of immigrants, Justin has long fought for inclusive policies. From championing trans rights and queer youth programming, to ensuring language access and fair treatment for immigrant families, Justin brings his full identity and lived experience to the fight for justice.
